HP DESKJET 2752e. Printer receiving print job but is printing blank pages. Test page and cleaning cycle pages appear to print fine although I admit I don’t know exactly what these pages are suppose to look like.

I'm really sorry your DeskJet 2752e is printing blank pages—it’s especially frustrating when the printer receives the job and seems to respond, but nothing appears on paper. Since the test and cleaning pages show some output, we can focus on software and ink flow issues.
Try these steps to restore proper printing:
1. Check ink levels and cartridge seating
Even if the test page prints, low ink or misalignment can cause blank output.
- Open the HP App
- Select your printer and check Estimated Ink Levels
- Open the cartridge access door
- Remove and reinsert both cartridges firmly
- Make sure no protective tape remains on the cartridge nozzles
2. Run a printhead cleaning cycle
This clears dried ink that may block normal printing.
- Open the HP App
- Go to Printer Settings > Tools > Clean Printhead
- Run the cleaning cycle and print a diagnostic page
- If output improves, run a second cycle
3. Print from a different application
Sometimes the issue is with the document or app, not the printer.
- Try printing a simple text file from Notepad
- If it prints correctly, the issue may be with the original file or app settings
4. Reinstall the printer driver
Corrupted drivers can send blank data to the printer.
- Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners
- Select your printer and click Remove
- Restart your PC
- Reinstall the printer using the HP App or HP DeskJet 2752e Driver Page
5. Print a diagnostic report
This helps confirm whether the printer can produce full-color output.
- Press and hold Cancel + Information buttons on the printer
- A report should print with color blocks and text
- If any section is missing or faded, the cartridge may be faulty
