@QueenKristine84, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP DeskJet 2852e has suddenly stopped printing even though everything appears normal. Let’s walk through some steps to get you back up and printing:

Check Printer Status

  • Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
  • Look for any error lights or messages on the printer’s control panel.

Check Print Queue

  • On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click your printer > See what’s printing > Cancel all documents.
  • Right-click again > Set as default printer.

Reinstall the Printer Driver

  • Uninstall the printer from your computer.
  • Download the latest drivers from the HP support page.
  • Follow the installation instructions to reconnect your printer.

Check Ink Levels and Paper

  • Make sure there is enough ink and paper loaded.
  • Open the HP Smart app to check ink levels and printer status.

Try Printing a Test Page

  • From the printer control panel, press and hold the Information (i) button until a test page prints.
  • If it prints, the issue may be with the software or connection.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
