I need to print a pdf file and it is wanting to print it all on one page. How to I get it to print all pages? These are instructions I received in an e-mail....If you're looking to print the directions - Open the PDF and select print from that page - on the preview you can find a button that is either "more" or "Advanced" - Depending on your computer's settings - there should be an option to "Fill Page" - which will print multiple pages of the long direction PDF
I cannot find a fill page, there is a fit to page but that doesn't do anything.

It appears the printer is perhaps not set as Default or, if it is set, the device is not behaving as expected.
"Save to OneDrive" is not the printing queue for the printer.
This might happen if the printer Full Feature Software does not fully (or properly) install and it might happen if there is more than one selectable printer in Devices and Printers. More simply, it might happen if you do not select the printer in the printing menu in Adobe Reader DC.
Open Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers
Check the row of printer devices -
Look for a printer icon that does include the word "Network" but does not include the "HPC6" number and does not include the word "Fax".
Example
Printer_Set_as_Default_5
If / When the printer default is already set correctly,
Open the file to be printed in Adobe Reader DC
Click the print icon to open the print menu
Next to the "Printer:" (top left of main print menu),
Open the drop-down menu and make sure the printer selected as the Default is also selected in the drop-down menu.
Select Booklet - this is important as it sets the way the content is printed on your paper.

If you cannot get the printer to select as the Default device in Devices and Printers (not there or cannot select)
and / or
You cannot select the printer in the print menu
Then you may need to fully remove and then reinstall the Full Feature Software.

I cannot comment on what you received - there is no context to the information, for example.
If all the pages on your PDF file are printing on one sheet of paper, you might have selected "Multiple" pages. This is the "sheets per page" setting.
Method - Adobe Reader DC - PDF printing
Download the PDF file to your computer
Open the file in your Adobe Reader DC
Select "Size" as opposed to Multiple
Adjust the settings
Check / Adjust settings in Properties
When ready click Print
Example
Manage Print Output with Print Preview_PDF_1D
Method - HP Smart for Windows - PDF / File print
Open HP Smart for Windows
Select Print Documents
Select your PDF document and click "Open"
Adjust the settings on the main print menu
Click More Settings
Select a shortcut along the top ribbon - for example, Everyday printing
Adjust the settings, including "Pages per sheet" = 1
Click OK to save changes and close the "More Settings" menu
When ready, Click Print

Thank you so much for your response...I did download the Adobe Reader DC and set it up to open all pdf's. However I seem to be having the same issue in attempting to print even from this. I am sending you a picture of it.
