My printed is prinitng tthe text skewed/crooked.

I have done a print alignment and cleaning and it is still skewed. I am printing text documents from MS Word. How do I fix this? I've only had the printer for 2 weeks.

Hi ,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I understand you are having an issue with the print skewed. I will be glad to help you.

This issue is most likely roller slipping.

Please look at An 'Out of Paper' Message Displays and the Printer Does Not Pick Up Paper for the HP Officejet Pro 8....  It shows how to load paper. and were the rollers are the need to be cleaned.

Please keep me informed of how things went.

If you require further assistance, let me know and I will gladly do all I can to help you.
