Hello,
I just bought an HP OfficeJet 5220 printer. For the impression that there is no problem it works very well. By cons to scan documents impossible to market, it's been 3 days that I get excited about it.
If someone has the solution.

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:
- Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?
- Is there any error message when you try to scan?
- Is there any antivirus software installed on your computer?
Meanwhile, Use HP Print and Scan Doctor
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program. It will automatically diagnose and fix any printer connectivity issues.
