My new printer was working fine the other day now it won't print, it crashes office every time  I try to print from Office. I have tried converting to PDF and still will not print. I have tried printing via the HP Smart app and it just says 'something went wrong'. I have removed the device, uninstalled the app, and restarted the laptop! Nothing is working! It does print from my phone and I am still able to scan documents from my laptop so the printer is working and it is connected to my laptop so connectivity is fine. I am pulling my hair out with this - PLEASE HELP!

I have solved this by uninstalling the latest update from Windows
