My problem is to get contact with the german support team for a printer exchange!

 

the printer eats paper, has stuck paper, makes terrible noise when pulling the paper.

the printing is bad, has lines all over the paper - no troubleshooting could fix it (I have tried everything)

the upper paperholder sensors makes often an error report to get out paper... even there is no paper inside

the printing is not rimless, no matter out of what program I choose to print and  I am never able to middled a print... its always aside

it stops printing job in the middle of printing with error - that has cost me plenty instanink pages...

 

I am technical well informed, make pc support myself... my result out of all the printer problems is, that this modell thats here is totally out of function - unrepairable

I choose a day exchange Care Pack, when buying this printer. So lets make this exchange?!

 

As i have no mobile number, no whatsapp, no fb its impossible to get the support I need!

I choose a friends whatsapp to inform the support... he wouldnt call me on landline and never came back with an answer.

So what am I supposed to do, when HP makes it impossible to make contact to me???

I understand you are facing a hardware issue with your HP ENVY Photo 7830 All-In-One Printer and you would like to get an exchange. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
