HP8715 - Prints test page but nothing from the computer. HP smart has a green check mark but the screen on the printer has a question mark. Printer queue indicates the printer is offline but the wireless is correct and the HP Smart indicates it is online. Replaced ink cartridges, reset by unplugging both ends of the printer cord, etc. all with same result.

I would definitely appreciate some help.

Thank you!

UPDATE:  After more hours of troubleshooting, (reset, etc.)  HP says  the printer is up to date with Firmware, etc.  Troubleshooting indicates there is a DEVICE ERROR in red.  Now what do I do?

If I hadn't spent $200 yesterday on new ink I would replace the printer.
