I have exactly the same problem as others seem to have, I installed a new cartridge sent through HP Ink, installed it then got the Cartridge error message saying to remove and reinstall. Went through all the steps with the virtual asst and nothing worked. I finally thought I had found a route to speak to someone directly but it ended up saying Sorry I'm unable to help you right now - which seems to leave with me with nowhere else to go. Can you help. My printer is relatively new and this is the first new cartridge I have installed.

Have you tried checking with a regular ink cartridge? Does the issue persist?

 

Please share the complete printer model name to assist you better.

 

Update the printer firmware to the latest version and check if it helps.

 

Check the ink levels on your printer and replace the low, empty or faulty ink cartridges.

 

Clean the electrical contacts on the ink cartridges.

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are inserted correctly

 

If the issue still persists after trying out the steps. Please share us few details through a private message. So I can check the account and ship you the replacement ink cartridges.
