I put a brand new HP cartridge in my 114, its printing blank pages. I've run all the tests and the only one that comes back as failed is the allignment test. Not sure if this will even solve my problem but I'm getting pretty tired of this printer not working. Any ideas?

Hey @junkprinter1,
Welcome to the HP Forums! I'd be happy to help you with your Envy 114. I understand from your description that the printer is producing blank pages and your alignment is failing. Please use the following document to troubleshoot the issue: HP ENVY 110 (D411) e-All-in-One Printer Series - Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues.
