Printer/scanner/fax has been working without incident. Today "blue screen of death" flashing that error code. Rebooted and now seems ok. Concerned as this is fairly new printer and others have reported similar problems. What do I do?

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

I have the same problem with my printer HP Officejet Pro 9014 - blue screen with error message B305DFF9.
could you help me? Unplugging helps for about 2 minutes and than the blue screen re-appears.
