I have been done the steps suggested by Jeet_Singh from back in 2017 multiple times since the beging of the month without any success; I have not been able to get the machine to release the ink cartridges nor have I been able to get it to resolve the error code. Additionally everytime I reboot the machine it tells me that it was incorrectly shut off the list time it even when proper shut down protocol has been followed. I'm not sure where to go from here on getting the machine fixed but for what it's worth I was finally able to get the HP website to reflect the correct warranty status (as product was bought in Dec. 2018 but website stated warrenty was expired).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :generic:

This is obviously a software issue.  I am having the same error code and my printer is in excellent condition.  This is the type of crap we are buying today.  Once it is out of warranty the printer is disposable.  You are better off to go and buy a new one which is probably what I will have to do.  You can bet it will not be an HP!

What was the solution to this problem? I have the same issue and have done all the steps HP says to do yet I can't print. Same error code and only started after I replaced 2 ink cartridges. What's the answer?

Got my answer from HP. Upgrade to a new printer. REALLY?!?!? Why would I purchase another HP product when your idea of "tech support" is to sell me a new one? Pathetic. Done with HP.
