Hi @monWoj,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It looks like you’re dealing with a printer error code: 0Xc6fd0013. This code can sometimes indicate issues related to the printer’s firmware, hardware, or connectivity. Here are a few steps you might try to resolve it:
Restart the Printer: Turn off your printer, wait a minute, and then turn it back on. Sometimes a simple restart can clear temporary errors.
Check Connections: Ensure all cables are securely connected and that there are no loose or damaged cables.
Update Firmware: Check if there’s a firmware update available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve error codes.
Reset the Printer: Refer to your printer’s manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset. This can sometimes clear persistent error codes.
Consult the Manual: Your printer’s manual might have specific troubleshooting steps for this error code.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
