I am glad you got this resolved.  This one took more hours than any post I have dealt with in recent years :-).

Thanks again for your Help, without it I would not have learned how to create a new page size, and since that's what is now showing up and allowing me to print in the size i wanted and created, I wouldnt have been able to do it without that info, since the download and install of the all-in-one drivers still doesnt let the Statement size show up, which is still a strange thing, that HP does not let it show up in the main list of any and all printers.

But at least now when I create one I know it will show up, I just clicked on Statement and saved it as Statement 1 and saved it, and that along with the 3 others I created, all the same size with different names are all showing up, my list was 32 different sizes listed, now it's 36, but it still seems like it would be a simple thing for HP to include the full list of over 100 different sizes that I see in the create a new form screen, from reading a ton of posts like mine around the net while searching for help on this issue, before i found your help, I can see there are many people with similar problems and a lot with wanting this same paper size, so it would definitley help a lot of their customers out.

I had a Photosmart 7760 Printer before buying this one, and it was the best overall printer I've ever used, for photos and text, but when windows upgraded they did not include new drivers for it, then you had to download drivers for another HP Printer that worked for it, but those drivers did not always work or there were issues at times, to me a any company should offer all options and help to their customers, but it's been many years now since that has happened, very few do that anymore, the power of the dollar and greed have taken them all over.

Take care Bob and have a great Easter Weekend!

It is puzzling that the Statement size would not show up, I had the same issue.  Did your Statement1 show up?  It looked to me like it was only reading part way down the list.  At any rate, I will ask about this in a back channel I have into HP.

All 4 new sizes were there I made, I named one 10x 111 to show up at the top, then Statement1 and couple that would show in the middle, and all 4 showed up, I think Statement1 is 4 or 5 from the last one listed out of 36 total sizes, but overall it makes things much easier for me, I am making my own Journal and want to be able to print on pre-printed Journal pages, which 5.5 x 8.5 is the standard for Journals, I know you can just print 2 pages on normal size, but when trying to print to both sides, which what I would need, it's just a little more difficult to make sure they come out in order, so instead of fooling with that, I bought the pre-printed 5.5 x8.5 pages and just print on them.

When I go to staples to have a batch printed up when I make my own, I still have to cut them in half, since they print those sizes on normal sized paper on both sides.
