I have an Officejet 4635 that suddenly wont turn on. I thought it was the power supply so I purchased another one and it still wont power on. I've disconnected the power, reconnected, changed out the power supply  and still wont power on. I dont want to just throw it away as I just purchased brand new printer cartridges (at almost $50 each). I saw somewhere that it could be caused by a bad wireless card, but cant find the article again.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

If the issue persists, please perform the remaining steps from this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-4630-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5305049/model/539...

No that did not help at all as I already tried all those steps. Bringing it to an authorized service center will cost me more to have it repaired that to buy a brand new printer! (Was told diagnosis alone is $50). I would like to find out how to disconnect the wireless board to see if that allows it to power on.

You wouldn't be able to disconnect the wireless board by yourself.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team as this could be a hardware issue.
