Hi! I recently bought a "DeskJet 2722e". I downloaded HP smart both on my PC and my phone, and the printer works just fine; however, the light near the information button is always red (even if apparently it has nothing wrong?) and when I print the informations log it tells my that my printer isn't connected to the internet, which is akward because I can currently print files both from my phone and pc without using an USB cable, just the wireless connection. How do I fix it?

Did you connect the printer to your network or are you using WIFI direct to directly connect to your printer from you computer and phone. It is possible to print wirelessly to this printer without connecting to your wifi but because this is a + printer it likely requires a valid internet connection or it will eventually stop working saying it needs internet connection.

The printer is connected to my WiFi network and i can print wirelessly. Internet or printing are not a problem - i'm just trying to understand why there is that warning beacuse it seems to work just fine. I'm sure it's connected to Internet, there is even the wifi symbol with all the bars... (i also use hp original cartridges and have an account)
