Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4515 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Other

How can I obtain the regional reset code for HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4515 e-All-in-One Printer?

The printer was bought in United Arab Emirates (MiddleEast) and now being used in India.

Original cartridge code = 650

Cartidge available in India = 678

The cartridges I bought in India are not compatible though the printer model mentioned on the box.

Please help me wit h the reset code.

 

P.S - I have the Printer SN, Total Page Count, TriColor Ink ID,  Black Ink ID, RX(last 4 digits) handy and with me to be provided to support personel.

 

Additional Info -

  • Operating System that I use Windows 10
  • Have the Full Feature Driver Installed
  • Bought - United Arab Emirates (MiddleEast) Code 650
  • Present- India (Asia) Code 678

Worked with HP phone support team and got the Region Reset done.
