Hi there, i recently shifted my printer from India to Netherlands and I'm unable to print now. When i called the Help desk the agent is asking for my old cartridges - I have the black but not the tricolor. To me this is strange - why do you need old  cartridge ID's when your own site says "Once you have a full set of genuine HP ink cartridges for your new country / region, HP support can reset your printer to accept the ink cartridges available in your current country / region"

The agent performed reset once with 2 new cartridges (652 - black & tricolor) and once with old (black-680) and new tricolor (652). Both times it said region updated successful, but printer status is "Incompatible cartridge" per HP Smart App. I need this to be resolved ASAP, as i have two school going kids who have quite a lot of work these days (home schooling) which relies on printing :(.

Is there someone who can help me?

Regards,

Richard

Unfortunately the solution did not work...looks like rest has failed all three times now. If printers are designed to accept only 3 region resets, what is next option? Or am i looking at a doomed printer now.
