Hi!

I bought my OfficeJet 250 Mobile Series printer in Europe, and I used cartridge model 651.

When I moved to the US I found that there is no such a cartridge here, though there is a cartridge model 62 instead, which is unfortunately incompatible.

As I found here at this forum in order to use local cartridges I have to perform so-called regionalization reset which can only be done by support specialist.

So I'm asking for such a support, please help me with this issue.

@redbrick777 That's right, If you've purchased the printer in one country/region and moved to another, the printer will require a regional reset, in order to get the cartridges working from the new region, that said, here's what I recommend:

You may send a private message to the HP Facebook Team: https://www.facebook.com/HPSupport/  for a faster response. If you've already attempted the same and need a response here, I'll need a few more details,

Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it. Click here for more details on how to access the private messages on HP Forums.

It doesn't help unfortunately... I spent almost a day chatting with helpdesk team via Facebook, we've finally reset regionalization (at least I got such a message on my screen) but it didn't help.. Cartridges No 62 are still incompatible
