Hello! I tried registering my printer to my HP Smart Account and it keeps bringing up that I am unable to register the printer to the account, I’ve tried everything, including factory restarting, deleting the printer and re adding it, everything I saw I did, and it still won’t let me.

- Clear Cache and Data: If you’re using the HP Smart app on a mobile device, try clearing the app’s cache and data. This can be done through your device’s settings under Apps > HP Smart > Storage.
- Reinstall the App: Uninstall the HP Smart app from your device, then reinstall it and attempt the registration again.
- Use a Different Device: Try registering the printer using a different device to rule out device-specific issues.
- Check Printer Firmware: Make sure your printer’s firmware is up to date. You can usually update the firmware through the HP Smart app or the printer’s web interface.
- Network Issues: Ensure that your printer and the device you're using to register it are connected to the same network. Sometimes network issues can interfere with registration.
