Hello. The printer does not print because it shows the message "Carriage jam. Open print-cartridge access door, clear the jam, the press OK to continue". I have done exactly that more than once, following the animation. There is no paper to clear out anywhere visible at all. The message still reappears. How can I please resolve this? Thank you

I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the "Carriage Jam". Appreciate you trying the troubleshooting steps and isolating this issue. Don't worry I'm here to help.

 

Please try the steps mentioned in this document if not tried already.
