I have replaced the ink cartridges in my printer as the message to replace came up on the screen and would not continue to print.
Having replaced both cartridges the message still comes up that it cannot print as the cartridge needs replacing....
What can I do please?
The cartridges cost about £50!!!
Thanks

The parts you replaced were the printheads, you need to replace the cyan ink cartridge. See the video below for information on replacing the ink cartridges. You can store the printheads you removed as shown in the document here.

Are you replacing the printheads or the ink cartridges? What exactly is the error message you are seeing?

I've replaced the two ink cartridges - the message is the same as before I replaced them?
' replace the following ink cartridge '
Then there is a picture/symbol of a pot with blue ink and a 'c' on top, underneath the symbol it says HP940.
One cartridge I replaced was KY (black/yellow) the other, MC (magenta/cyan)
Thanks
