OfficeJet Pro 6960
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I'm trying to get onto the embedded web server for my OfficeJet Pro 6960 printer, but I cannot remember it and all combinations of passwords that I normally use are being rejected. Google searches don't help, because they tell me to reset network settings and this is NOT resetting the password.

So please: how do I reset the EWS password? Or better yet, please could you tell me what is the default EWS password that is used when EWS is reset?

Thanks.

EDIT: I ended up just resetting the printer to factory default, which allowed me to reset the password. HP really needs to provide a method for printer owners of web-based printers like this to reset their password remotely (even if it's from the HP Connected panel)
