How do I resolve error code oxc4eb827f in HP deskjet 3545 printer. Help please.

Follow the steps below to isolate and resolve the issue-

 

Reset the printer

Reset the printer to recover from printer failures.

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  3. Wait 60 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

    NOTE: 

    HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

If the error message persists, continue to the next step.

 

Remove the ink cartridges and reset the printer

  1. Remove the ink cartridges from the printer.

  2. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  3. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  4. Wait at least 60 seconds.

  5. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

    NOTE: 

    HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

  6. Turn the printer on.

  7. Reinsert the ink cartridges, and then close the ink cartridge access door.

  8. If you receive a prompt to print a calibration or alignment page, do so.

If the error message persists, continue to the next step.

 

Service the printer

Service or replace your HP product if the issue persists after completing all the preceding steps.

Go to Contact HP Customer Support to schedule a product repair or replacement. If you are in Asia Pacific, you will be directed to a local service center in your area.

To confirm your warranty status, go to HP Product Warranty Check. Repair fees might apply for out-of-warranty products.

Hi sir, Thank for the suggestions.

First solution does not help.

Also, unable to remove ink cartridges, as they are stuck on extreme left.

Any further solutions please.

Looks like a carriage jam. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Thanks so much for very prompt response.

I expect HP to design better printers, which are not prone to such trivial errors.

Else, I expect HP to provide better online error resolution guidelines and manuals.
