i have the same question. how do i perform a hard master reset

The HP technician assisted me remotely, tested all the button sequence combinations (listed on the Internet), the assistance lasted about 4 hours. He was very kind.
In the end he could not solve the problem, and generated a warranty service order. They sent me an email telling me to prepare it, that the mail would go to look for it, that the repair times were 14 business days (they told me 7 business days by phone to Argentina). It turns out that to date I do not have my printer and seeing the technical support software, figure that will end on August 14 ...
Very bad about HP, that something as simple as a master reset involves losing the product for 1 month, and that all information about the problem does not take effect.
Next printer I bought (I always had HP), I will evaluate other brands.
I am very dissatisfied with my purchase of the HP 3775.

It happened to me. The technician was very kind. But he did exactly the same as I had already done based on the button sequence information to press to restore. In the end he generated a warranty service order. Conclusion: I will not have my printer for 1 month ... I totally regret buying this HO 3775 printer.
