No errors have been detected but as soon as I send a file to print the resume button starts flashing and endlessly feeds blank pages. Can anyone help?

Hi @Duckson

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

I understand you are not able to print. Due to the age of the product the support is limited.

 

Reset the printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.

 

Check the ink levels and replace any empty ink cartridges. Also, clean the ink cartridges.

Refer to pages 50 and 51 of the user guide.

 

If the issue persists, and if the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
