Product: HP PageWide 377dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had this 377dw PageWide for about 4 months so far. I'm trying to do high quality printing on Staples brand and Koala brand matte photo papers.

 

I select the paper setting as "HP Advanced Photo Papers" considering that only photo papers up to 300gsm are supported, cardstock is up to 220gsm.

 

Attached are some photos of stray marks on my prints. I'm using double sided matte photo paper as a substrate for business cards. You can see the marks reflect in the lighting. 

 

I've done an advanced cleaning using the HP PageWide cleaning pad about 3 times.

 

What else could I be missing here? Glossy paper yields a similar result.

Hi, I have a Pagewide 477 with the same issue, but it´s NEW (it makes the marks since the first printed page). Did you solved this problem?
