@Jumbo3717, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your printer is showing flashing errors on both printheads and is unresponsive to button presses, here are a few steps to help troubleshoot and possibly resolve the issue:

Re-seat the Printheads:

  • Open the printer's top access door.
  • Wait until the print carriage stops moving before proceeding.
  • Carefully remove the printheads and then reinsert them into their slots securely.

Check for Air in Ink Tubes:

  • Inspect the ink tubes for any air bubbles that might be causing the issue.
  • You might need to perform a purge or cleaning process to remove trapped air.

Perform a Power Reset:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds before plugging it back in and powering it on.

Examine Ink Tanks and Lines:

  • Ensure the ink tanks are properly seated and ink levels are full.
  • Check all ink lines for any blockages or unusual amounts of air.

Ensure Proper Vacuum/Pressure System Function:

  • If your printer uses a vacuum and pressure system, make sure it is functioning properly. Check for any leaks or blockages in the system.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
