Your printer is likely complaining about the Fax log - the error indicates it is time to clear the log.
The instructions to clear the fax log vary a bit by printer model.
In general, you can easily find the information to do so in your printer's user manual.
Open Category Manuals > Select, open, and read the chapter on Fax in the User Guide
Or
If you cannot find the information, tell us the exact model of your printer and we can look up the information for you.
