When I scan to print the resultant printout is a quarter size of the image or document. How do I Adjust.
Also I want to put this printer on Windows 10 64bit desktop

Thank you for joining the HP Forums!
I understand that when you are copying with your HP Photosmart C4480 printer the printout is a quarter size of your image or document, and that you want to use this printer on Windows 10. And, I am happy to look into this for you!
There are drivers available for this printer on Windows 10. So when you are ready follow the instructions in this guide, Download and Install Printer Driver and Software Via USB.
Regarding the copy size, please see page 58-61 of your printer's user guide.

I asked a question on Scan and print. I am too old to bother about badges, don't understand them anyway. I do not know how to understand the support. I just need an answer. I am asked to give kudos but can't find the answer. This also happened earlier in the year, March I think but I am still waiting for answer. Last time the printer went in the bin.

Additional information:
Shut off forum information you do not wish to see (badges):
Click on your forum UserID and open your forum Home Page >
Click My Account > Subscriptions and Notifications >
Click Notifications Settings >
Scroll down to Email Notifications >
Adjust settings as desired >>
For example, set Badges I earn to Never
Save
When you see a Post that helps you,
Inspires you, provides fresh insight,
Or teaches you something new,
Click the "Thumbs Up" on that Post.

Download this, plug your printer in usb then it shoud work thats only if your printer is not working o nyour new compuer
open up HP sofware to resize the whatever you trying to do..
do you have HP sofware installed?
