When Cyan cartridge ran out of ink, I replaced it with a new HP Cyan cartridge. The screen message said: "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn of, then on. If problem persists, contact HP." I tried this and got the same message. Changed to another new HP Cyan cartridge. Still got the same message. I turned the printer off, disconnected the power cable, paused for a couple minutes, reconnected the power cable, turned the printer on, and STILL got the same message! What is wrong?
