Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am replacing an older 8600 with an 8620.  Will the second drawer from my 8600 work with the 8620?

I see that you're wondering if you can use the second paper tray from your HP Officejet 8600 Printer in the HP Officejet 8620 Printer. I would be happy to look into this with you today.
 
I checked the part numbers for both 8600 and 8620 and they are not interchangeable. Therefore, you would need to purchase the second paper tray for the HP Officejet 8620 Series if you wish to have two paper trays.
