Service Error 79 - The printer constantly initializing

HP Recommended
Laserjet Pro MFP M281cdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, every time I turn on the printer it runs through its initialization. Everything looks fine for a few seconds then it shows a "79 Service Error", cycles power off then power on, and then initialization process.  Wash Rinse Repeat. Until I do a hard power-off. Some other posts have suggested a "complete reset". How do I do that? or other solution besides returning it to Costco? THANKS!!
