My HP Smart program does not work on Envy 4500 printer and Win10. The Smart screen shows a large empty box. I uninstalled and downloaded new one, but still empty.

For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this:
- Do you get any error messages?
For now, try these steps:
- Uninstall HP smart app from the Windows 10 control panel.
- Then create a new user account as an administrator from this link: http://hp.care/2rZfJBC
- Now login to the new user account and reinstall HP Smart App. This should do the trick for you.
- Refer to this link: http://hp.care/2hmgdBr to download, install, use HP Smart App along with FAQs.
- This should do the trick for you.
Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. The trick is to remain patient.

I understand you have issues using HP smart app on your PC.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Please provide the printer model name to assist you better.
As you mentioned you have issues using HP smart app on your PC.
Please try the steps recommended below.
First, try updating the windows update.
Uninstall the app:
1. Open Start, locate the app in the All Apps list and then right-click or press and hold HP Smart, depending on your device.
2. Click the Uninstall option that displays at the bottom of the screen.
Re-install from the Windows Store:
1) Open Start, click the Store tile.
2) Search for HP Smart. Click Get.
Also, try the steps recommended below.
In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
Close Devices and Printers.
Link to update the full feature printer software.
Once after you install the drivers uninstall the app from your PC and reinstall the HP smart app and check if the issue persists.
