Hi @Chantz1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Deskjet 3050 All-in-One Printer is stuck in the print queue and will not print, here are some steps to resolve the issue.

Clear the Print Queue:

  • Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Scroll down to find Print Spooler, right-click it, and select Stop.
  • Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS.
  • Delete all files in this folder to clear the print queue.
  • Return to the Services window, right-click Print Spooler again, and select Start.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source for 1-2 minutes.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Go to the HP Support website, find your printer model, and download the latest drivers.
  • Uninstall the current printer driver from Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Reinstall the downloaded driver and set up the printer again.

Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • HP provides a tool called HP Print and Scan Doctor that can automatically diagnose and fix printing issues.
  • Download and run it from the HP website and follow the prompts.

Check Printer Connection:

  • Ensure the printer is properly connected to your computer or network.
  • If it’s a wireless printer, try reconnecting it to your WiFi network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
