Yeah Zoey, I've never had a subscription and get all of my cartridges from Officeworks in Australia. All in date. So whats next, hey? How about HP stop changing the qrcode/scan code so they still work in older machines?

I have had the same issue but with both cyan and magenta cartridges and they are genuine. Tried everything they said to try including the factory reset and nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable by HP. They are of no help at all. Only generic solutions and same things over and over. It does seem as though they do not intend on solving the problem but really trying to get persons to purchase another printer. I will not be purchasing another HP printer.

This is how I've started replying to all of their "HELP" comments
HP have found a solution to make more money. Planned redundancy by changing the code on the printer cartridge. Thus making consumers buy new printers. If this isn't the case, why is everyone having the exact same issue, WITH NEW CARTRIDGES????
My printer has been unplugged for about a month. I'm going to see if that has changed anything. Bought a new. Not HP though😂😎

I have a HP Office jet 9010e. I have replaced the ink cartridges with original HP cartridges from office works. I have read pages and pages of fixes and commentary and sat here trying to get my printer to work. All to no avail …. Error message “there is a problem with the supply system.”
For me it’s the Cyan cartridge. The printer is probably 12-18 months old and I have just spent over $300 on a new set of cartridges. Is there a real solution from HP
