Product: Office Jet 4630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Printer will not switch back to Portrait printing after using landscape. I go into Preferences click on Portrait, click apply, and click OK. Still prints out in Landscape. any suggestions.

ed out my problem, I was in Google maps previously and switched the print there to landscape. I was trying to switch it back to Portrait on my control panel. Ytied printing again in google maps and when printer panel showed up I clicked on properties and it was in Landscape. Switched it back to portrait and now it prints in portrait. I was trying to print in google maps when problem occured and did not realize to change the printer back in that screen. problem solved.
