The office has a Designjet T120 printer and just the other day it started displaying a blue screen with this error code B3FC118A.
I cannot turn off the printer, or by pass this blue screen. I tried unplugging and replugging the device to reboot it, but the blue screen with the error code still persists.
I was wondering what this error meant and how it can be fixed.

Hi Fabio_L32,
I unplugged the unit and plugged it into another power outlet, but the issues persists (same error code).
I am unable to remove the ink cartridge and printhead, as they usually automatically go the left side tray for removal/changing. Unfortunately, nothing wants to work in this blue screen error....
So is the solution basically to purchase a "CQ890-67105 USB New Module with F/W SV" ? How do can I go about actually using this part?
