For the past two months, when printing documents with tables, some borderlines do not appear, making the documents ugly and hard to read.

It used to work fine and the printer was traded with one of the same model because of another issue, but this problem persists.

I am sending images with the a page of the way it should look/original file (example.pdf), and the way it actually looks digitalized(actual.pdf)

For more details, this file was created by Writer of LibreOffice and exported to PDF.

As @Dragon-Fur mentioned below, choosing a "better" Quality for printing seems to be correcting this issue, but this didn't use to happen before and it's counter-productive for everyday office documents.

How can this be fixed?

Also just to check if it's related with recent firmware update, i have been looking and didn't find  a list of the printer firmwares.

Thank in advance for any help!

Cell borders are little tiny things (thin lines) - when something is wrong, they are the first to suffer.

Possible answers include (and may not be limited to):

  • Printer might be dirty - print a diagnostic / quality report and check the output.

 Troubleshooting print quality issues

  • Increase the cell / border thickness (although this would normally happen "all the time" instead of just the last too months)
  • As well, you could try printing using "Best" Quality.  (Might work, least likely)
