Installed the drivers Full_Webpack-48.6.4638-LJM404-M405_U_Full_Webpack.exe I'm trying to print a page, from 2 sides, printed manually. When enabled in the printer properties, the "duplex module" setting is "installed". It starts printing on both sides automatically. but only before restarting the PC. After reboot - "duplex module" - "not installed"

Hi @VolodyaProhoroV,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the duplex printing on your HP LaserJet Pro M404dw stops working after a reboot, ensure the "Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory" is set as "Installed" in the printer's Device Settings within your computer's Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
1. Access Printer Properties:
- Open the Control Panel on your computer.
- Navigate to "Devices and Printers"
- Right-click on the icon for your HP LaserJet Pro M404dw printer and select "Printer properties"
2. Check Device Settings:
- Click on the "Device Settings" tab.
- Scroll down to the "Installable Options" section.
- Make sure that "Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory" is listed and set to "Installed"
- If it's not listed or set to "Not Installed", select "Installed" and click "Apply"
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
