The error message cartridge cannot be used until signed up to hp instant ink, I am signed up!

Error message cartridge cannot be used unless eroled  in instant ink I have been enroled since Jan 2019!!!

this problem was a connection problem customer service just deleted my account and then add it back on AND PROBLEM SOLVED
