When installing my printer on a new computer there were no options for paper sizes for photos installed. For example there is no paper size for 10x15. How can I install them?

I realize my question is a duplicate of these issues:

The only difference is that I have another printer. None of the other links provided any solution...

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I recommend you delete the driver at the root level and Install the drivers, follow the steps below:

Remove the USB if connected

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device'

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

Then, Click on this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-photosmart-5520-e-all-in-one-printer-s... to download and install the HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers.

Try to print.

Unfortunately it did not work. I followed your guide and uninstalled all the software and drivers and reinstalled the software from the attached link. When the printer was reinstalled there still was no sign of any 10x15 size. Only the strange "japanskt vykort"...

I'm not sure I understand. I did follow your instructions and I did download and install the drivers you linked to. The problem was not that I failed to install it and I am already administrator on my machine.

The problem is that when the drivers were reinstalled (successfully), there were still no 10x15 size included. As far as I can see, the download link is the same as the one you attached in your previous post. Did I misunderstand something?
