I went through the other suggested posts and i feel that this is just a punch in a pillow. I don't expect to have my problem solved as i have already spend an hour trying to get in touch with help from the website

My printer, has went from being the best printer i have ever had, to being one of the worst, once i had to get support for a problem that i don't understand how it suddently got.

Out of the blue, with no prior warnings, now says:

Printer Failure

There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn the printer off, then on. If the problem persists, contact HP.

The problem is, HP support is very difficult to contact! Bots link to pages that are no there, phones are closed, no way to mail and the existing threads about similar problems are just a proof that i need to get in touch with HP and not the community.

Such a shame to havfe such a great printer ruined by bad support!!!

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
