I have been having couple of issue with the printer.
1) unable to print anything as I get a paper size error after the feeder pulls in a paper from the tray majority of the times I tried to print.
2) Xerox/Copy/Scan the scanned image appears compressed so this functionality also not working.
I have already raised a complaint(5th April, 2022) and went through series of instruction to reset and update firmware etc.. from the support person on the phone but nothing worked the problem still remains.
I was told support person will visit in person to resolve the problem in a couple of days.
Since no one contacted I tried to contact HP back again over WhatsApp support on 11th April 2022 I was assured again I will get support soon.
I have been waiting to close to a month as of today no one contacted. WhatsApp also mentioned will connect to live agent but no on picking up.
Registered for call back no call back received till now.
This seems to be the worst service I would have ever experienced. what is the point of printer where non of the core feature works?
what is the escalation matrix or what is the process to get the replacement printer?
