I'm enrolled as a member of HP Instant ink but I'm running low on ink and need to expedite the delivery of new ink urgently. When I log in to my account I cannot find 'My Plan' or find any way of ordering more ink. The phone isn't answering and the support CHAT is off-line. There doesn't appear to be a simple way of ordering more ink quickly.

Hey @Wingco44,
I can help. Please use the Forums private message feature to send me your Instant Ink account number, or the email address you used to enroll so that I can access your account.
For your security, please do not post this publicly. If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, this post has instructions., also feel free to review the HP Privacy Statement here.
Thanks.

I've heard that a cartridge is on its way. I assume this is thanks to your intervention - many thanks.
