Thank you so much for the pictures. I could not find when they were saying that on the left there will be a tab.
We need to click on the title of your note on the top left of your page. There when you click there will be a drop down menu with the generic print. Yay! I have been exporting my files to Notability to print my pages.
thank you so much!!!

Thank you for the advice about tapping the toolbar. I am now able to print from Pages.
However the printout has a black vertical line located about a quarter width of the A4 sheet in from the left hand side. Also the Pages printout is much smaller than original print outs.
Any thoughts on this problem?
I am printing from an I pad iOS 16.3 and an HP 4100 series printer

Sorry to hear you are experiencing a problem. I too am now running iPad OS 16.3 without issue and printing via my Envy 5000 series. Did this issue manifest before updating to OS 16.3? It sounds like an HP issue rather than Apple Pages. I can’t offer any solutions unfortunately other than possibly checking “Tools” in the on printer menu and “Check” in case there are updates. Also may be worth removing the cartridges and wiping the chip contacts on both the cartridges and in the the printer cradle in case there is a poor contact also then run the various diagnostic print outs. Sorry I cant’t offer a known solution. Unfortunately once HP have sold us a printer they only seem interested in trying to get us to subscribe to an Instant Ink contract once we are out of warranty!

Thanks for your reply.
As stated earlier in this thread there appears to be a software problem within HP Smart that does not recognise the Pages format.
The alternative print option, via the tool bar, results in the rather poor quality print outlined in my post.
