HI I HAVE A DESKJET 3520 PRODUCT NO CX052B WITH SET UP CARTS PROBLEM PLEASE HELP BOUGHT IT RECONDITIOND AND I RESET DUE TO PROBLEMS , IV ONLY HAD IT A MONTH . IM AT MY WHITS END.

my dad bought a new printer and as he had the same printer previously that I have gave me his old cartridges.Now I cant print because I am getting the dreaded message use set up cartridges

Can anyone help I keep getting the error message insert the set up cartridges although the ones I have inserted are new hp ones.I have just spent ages in a queue for support but had to put down the phone in the end

I too have a problem with SETUP cartridges, the printer C310a is brand new never been used but we have not got the setup cartridges, can you help please.
