I received an used printer. When I turn it on to connect it to the wifi, it tells me that I need to register to the ink program. But the problem is that I can't even connect to the wifi because it goes straight to printing alignment page. Then, it gets stuck there. Please I need help resetting it. I unplugged it for 60 seconds and nothing is working

If you're facing issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-In-One Printer and it's not allowing you to connect to Wi-Fi or complete the setup due to the ink program registration prompt, you may want to try a few troubleshooting steps. Here's a step-by-step guide.
Power Cycle:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Reset Network Settings:
- On the printer's control panel, touch the Wireless icon or open the Network Settings.
- Look for an option to reset the network settings or reconfigure the wireless setup.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the network settings.
Factory Reset:
- If the issue persists, you might need to perform a factory reset.
- Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds until the Power light blinks.
- Release the buttons, and the printer should reset to its factory settings.
Reconfigure Wi-Fi:
- After the factory reset, go through the initial setup process again.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Bypass Alignment Page:
- If the printer gets stuck at the alignment page, you may try skipping or canceling the alignment process.
