Product: HP DeskJet 3630 All‑in‑One Printer Series

Hi, my instant ink cartridge (black) is showing very low level yet no details of any future ink shipment on my account page!

I suggest you contact HP Instant Ink Support.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
