Hi

Welcome Kit dispatched 16/08/17 still not arrived.

I am assuming this also contains first instant ink cartridges.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums, the welcome kit does contain your first complete set of Instant Ink cartridges. It takes about 5-10 business days to arrive at the customer.

 

If you would like me to take a look at your account and see what I can find out I will be happy too. Can you send me a private message with your email address associated with your account or your Instant Ink account number?
